Once upon a time, there was a tugboat named Timmy who loved to play with all the other boats in the harbor. One day, while Timmy was playing with his friends, he got stuck in a big ship's wake and couldn't get free. The other boats tried to help but they were too small. Just then, a submarine named Sammy came along and offered to help.

"Don't worry Timmy," said Sammy. "We'll get you out of there."

But every time Sammy tried to tug Timmy free, they both got stuck! The other boats started to giggle, but Timmy and Sammy didn't think it was funny.

After many attempts, they finally figured out that the only way to get unstuck was for Timmy to give a big tug and for Sammy to make a big blast with his engines.

And that's exactly what they did! Timmy tugged with all his might and Sammy let out a big "BLUB BLUB BLUB!" And just like that, Timmy was free!

The other boats cheered and Timmy and Sammy became the best of friends. From that day on, they went on many adventures together and always helped each other when they were in a tight spot.
