Once upon a time, there was a group of friends who lived by the sea. They loved to sail and explore the ocean. One day, they found an old ship docked at the harbor that needed to be mended. The captain hoisted the sail and set off with his crew to fix the ship. But as they were sailing, they noticed that the anchor was missing! They searched high and low but couldn't find any evidence of it. Just as they were about to give up, they heard a loud splash. They looked over the side of the ship and saw the anchor had fallen into the water. The captain quickly ordered the lifeboat to be lowered so he and his gang could go retrieve the anchor. But when they got to the bottom of the sea, they found something unexpected... a group of mermaids had been using the anchor as a diving board! The captain and his gang had a great time playing with the mermaids and eventually mended the ship. From that day on, they made sure to always check the bottom of the sea before they hoisted the anchor!
