Once upon a time, in California, there was a great auk who was feeling sad. He was the only one of his kind left and he was endangered. So, he went on a journey to find others like him.

Along the way, he met a European albatross who was also searching for a mate. They became friends and continued their journey together.

One day, they stumbled upon a breeding program for the nearly extinct kakapo. The great auk was so happy that he joined the breeding program and found a mate!

But, the happiness was short lived. A predator came along and threatened to make the kakapo extinct all over again. That's when the great auk and the European albatross teamed up with the mighty California condor to defeat the predator and save the kakapo!

And they all lived happily ever after. The end.
