Once upon a time, there was a little budge named Benny who loved to have conversations. One day, while he was inhaling fresh air, he suddenly heard a loud sob coming from a nearby tree. He looked up and saw a trembling bird who was crying and gasping for air.

Benny asked the bird, "What's wrong?"

The bird replied, "I'm so ravenous, I can't seem to catch any insects to eat."

Benny had an idea! He said, "I can help you with that. Close your eyes and inhale deeply. Then exhale slowly."

The bird did as Benny said and to his surprise, a delicious worm appeared in front of him. The bird gobbled it up and felt better instantly.

Benny told the bird, "You just needed to believe in yourself and breathe."

From that day on, the bird never went hungry again and Benny became known as the little budge who helped others in need.

The end.
