Once upon a time, in a kingdom far, far away, there lived a noble armorer named Sir Hammer. He was known all around the kingdom for his incredible armor, but he was also quite grumpy. His apprentice, young Timmy, always wanted to make him laugh but never could.
One day, Sir Hammer was summoned by the King to be his new adviser. The King wanted Sir Hammer to help him choose the best armor for an upcoming battle. When Sir Hammer arrived at the palace, the King showed him a beautiful scabbard that he wanted to wear into battle. Sir Hammer was about to say it was too delicate when the scabbard started to disturb him. It wouldn't stop jingling!
Sir Hammer tried to dismiss the scabbard and move on, but every time he did, it would start jingling again. This went on for hours until finally, Timmy had an idea. He suggested that Sir Hammer wear the scabbard himself, and walk around the palace making silly noises. Sir Hammer was hesitant at first, but he finally gave in and put on the scabbard.
As soon as he started walking, the scabbard began to jingle, and Sir Hammer couldn't help but start to giggle. The King and all of the courtiers burst out laughing too, and Sir Hammer realized that maybe, just maybe, laughter was the best armor of all. From that day on, Sir Hammer was never grumpy again, and Timmy was proud to be his apprentice.
