Harold the Horseshoe Crab Rodeo

Once upon a time, there was a group of arthropods who lived near a jetty by the ocean. One day, a horseshoe crab named Harold noticed that the jetty was eroding because of the strong tidal currents. He had an idea to save his home!

He went to all of the other invertebrates and asked for their help. They collected algae to build up the jetty and burrowed into the sand to make it stronger.

But they soon realized they were not alone. A molt had hatched into a larva and was causing trouble by digging up all of their hard work. Harold and his friends came up with a plan to stop the larva and protect their home.

They created a horseshoe crab rodeo, and Harold was the star! He rode the larva like a wild horse, taming it and showing it the importance of taking care of their home.

From that day on, the larva was a helpful member of their community and the jetty was saved from the strong currents. The end.
