Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Sarah who loved to play outside with her friends. One day, she came down with a cold and felt very contagious. Her nose was congested and she felt fatigued all the time.

Sarah's mom took her to the doctor, who gave her an antibiotic to take. She had to take the medicine three times a day for a week, and follow a good diet and rest schedule.

At first, Sarah was sad that she had to stay inside and couldn't play with her friends. But she soon realized that by taking her medicine, getting plenty of rest, and eating healthy foods, she would get better soon.

And sure enough, by the end of the week, Sarah was feeling much better. She was no longer contagious and her nose was no longer congested. She had more energy and was able to play outside with her friends again.

Sarah learned that taking care of herself when she was sick was important, and that by following her doctor's instructions, she could get better quickly. And so, she lived happily ever after.
