Don the Firefly: A Lesson in Light

Once upon a time, there was a little firefly named Don who lived in the forest. Don was always very proud of his bright light, which he instinctively used to adorn himself whenever he went out at night.

One day, while flying around the forest, Don suddenly stumbled upon a grueling competition. The goal was to maneuver around trees and other obstacles while trying to ignite as many candles as possible.

Don was eager to participate, but things didn't go quite as planned. Every time he tried to ignite a candle, his light would suddenly extinguish, causing him to diminish in size.

Despite his best efforts, Don found himself struggling to keep up with the other fireflies. Just when he thought all hope was lost, he remembered something his mother had told him: "Use your light wisely, and it will never diminish."

With this in mind, Don focused all his efforts on igniting just one candle. And with a brief but powerful burst of light, he succeeded! The other fireflies were amazed and cheered him on, and from that moment on, Don was known as the firefly who could ignite the most candles with just a single flash.

And so, Don's light continued to shine brightly, never again to extinguish or diminish abruptly.
