The Clock on the Dock: A Tale of Ticking and Tweeting

Once upon a time, there was a knock on the door and when the little girl opened it, she saw a flock of birds sitting on the rock by the dock. The birds asked for a place to rest, so the girl offered them a block to perch on.

As the birds settled in, they noticed a clock on the wall and started to sing a song to keep the time. But then the clock started to tick too fast and the birds got scared and flew away.

The little girl was sad that the birds had left, so she decided to lock the clock up in a chest so it wouldn't scare anymore visitors. From that day forward, the dock was filled with all sorts of feathered friends, and they all sang and played together in peace.
