Once upon a time, there lived a bear named Benny. Benny was always feeling different emotions, one day he was sad then happy, the next day he was tired and afraid, then surprised, sleepy and angry. He never knew how to control his emotions.

One day, Benny met a wise old owl who told him that it's okay to feel all kinds of emotions, but it's important to understand and manage them. So, Benny went on an adventure to meet different animals to learn how they handle their emotions.

First, he met a rabbit who showed him how to be happy by hopping around and playing. Then, he met a cat who taught him how to take a nap when feeling tired.

Next, he met a lion who taught him to face his fears by being brave. Benny also met a turtle who showed him how to be surprised by exploring new things, and a sheep who taught him how to get a good night's sleep when feeling sleepy.

Finally, Benny met a gorilla who taught him how to control his anger by taking deep breaths and counting to 10.

Thanks to his new friends, Benny learned how to handle all of his emotions and was no longer sad, tired, afraid, surprised, sleepy, or angry all the time. He was now happy and in control.
