He took a bite of the tomato and made a sour face. "Yuck, this is too sour!" he exclaimed. Then, he tried the pineapple and it was too sweet. "Too sweet for me," he said. He took a bite of the grape and it was just right. "This is delicious!" he said. He continued with the apple and pear, but they were both too bland.

In the end, the cherry realized that everyone has different tastes and that's what makes life interesting. He put all the fruits back into the lunch box and went on his way, feeling grateful for the lesson he learned that day.
