Once upon a time, there was a cat named Mittens who loved to play with her hat. One day when she was playing with the glass ball, she accidentally broke it. She was so sad and didn't know what to do. Suddenly, she saw an apple fall from a tree and she got an idea!
She went to the toy store and swapped the broken glass ball for a new one in exchange for the apple. The shopkeeper agreed and gave her a brand new ball.
Excited, Mittens ran home to show her friends the doll and the egg that she had also gotten from the store. But on the way, she came across a frog who was hopping around with no purpose.
Mittens offered the frog her hat and they became best of friends. From that day on, Mittens and the frog played together with their ball and hat, while eating apples and eggs. And the broken glass? Well, Mittens used it to decorate her doll's house!
