Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there lived a group of colorful friends named Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Orange, Brown, and Pink. They all lived together in a big meadow, filled with beautiful flowers and trees of every color.
One day, Yellow had an idea. "Let's play a game!" she said. "We'll each pick a different color of the rainbow and then we'll go on a treasure hunt to find something that matches our color."
Everyone was excited about the idea, so they quickly picked their colors. Blue picked blue, Red picked red, Green picked green, Purple picked purple, Orange picked orange, Brown picked brown, and Pink picked pink.
They set off on their treasure hunt, each one going in a different direction. Yellow was the first to find something that matched her color. She found a bright yellow daffodil and was so excited. "I found it!" she shouted.
Next, Blue found a beautiful blue butterfly. "Look what I found!" he exclaimed.
Red found a red apple, Green found a green leaf, Purple found a purple violet, Orange found an orange pumpkin, Brown found a brown acorn, and Pink found a pink rose.
They all met back at the meadow, and everyone was so excited to show off what they had found. Yellow had her yellow daffodil, Blue had his blue butterfly, Red had his red apple, Green had his green leaf, Purple had her purple violet, Orange had his orange pumpkin, and Pink had her pink rose. But Brown was nowhere to be found.
"Where's Brown?" Yellow asked.
Just then, Brown appeared with a big smile on his face. "I found something even better than a brown acorn," he said. "I found a rainbow!"
They all looked up, and sure enough, there was a beautiful rainbow in the sky. All of the colors of the rainbow were there: yellow, blue, red, green, purple, orange, and pink.
They all laughed and clapped, and from that day on, they decided to always treasure their friendship, as colorful and vibrant as a rainbow.
