The man chased after the hat, but it was caught by a passing cat. The cat was so pleased with its catch that it started to play with the hat, batting it around like a toy. Suddenly, a rat appeared and tried to steal the hat from the cat. But the cat was too quick, and it managed to keep the hat away from the rat. The man finally caught up to the cat and thanked it for keeping his hat safe. From that day on, the man, the cat, and the rat became the best of friends and went on many adventures together in the van!
