Once upon a time, there was a shirt named Stripy who lived on a carpet. He loved to play with his friends Car and Umbrella, but they always teased him for being too plain. One day, Stripy found a blouse in the closet that belonged to the owner of the house. He put it on and went to show his friends. They were amazed at how fancy he looked!
But then, it started raining and Stripy had to run outside to catch the bus. He grabbed an umbrella, but it was too small for him. He tried to hold it over his head, but the wind kept blowing it away. Just as he was about to give up, Tie the Dog came running over with a hat and a coat. "I have an idea!" he said. "Use my hat to cover your head, and wear my coat to keep you dry."
Stripy put on the hat and coat, and the three of them ran to the bus stop. When they got there, they saw the bus driver looking for something in a case. It turned out to be his lost tie! Tie the Dog barked and ran over to the case, and the bus driver was so grateful that he gave Tie a free ride to school.
From that day on, Stripy, Car, Umbrella, and Tie the Dog were known as the most stylish and adventurous kids in town!
