Once upon a time, there was a man named Sam who lived in a small clan. Sam was always making plans and never followed through with them. One day, he ran into a fan who was trying to cool down from the hot sun. Sam had an idea and said, "I have a plan to fix this heat!" He went to the store and bought a can of paint and a pan. He painted the fan with bright colors and put it on top of his head. Sam ran back to the fan and started to spin it. The other members of the clan saw him and laughed so hard they couldn't stop. They all wanted one too, so they each got a fan, a can of paint, and a pan. They ran around the village with their colorful fans, and it was so funny that even the animals joined in. The clan had so much fun that they banned any other activities for the day and just enjoyed each other's company. From then on, they made it a tradition to paint their fans every summer and have a big fan-spinning party.
