Once upon a time, there was a little pit named Bit who wanted to fit in with all the other creatures in the forest. But no matter what he did, he just couldn't seem to quit being so small and round. So, he decided to admit that he needed help.

One day, while Bit was out for a walk, he got hit by a big gust of wind and rolled right into a group of animals who were all knitting. The animals all started to laugh at Bit, but then they noticed how sad he looked. They felt sorry for him and asked what was wrong.

Bit told them about his struggle to fit in and the animals all agreed to help him. They showed him how to knit, and Bit quickly became the best knitter in the forest. All the other creatures were amazed at how well Bit could knit and soon he was known as the “Knitting Pit”.

Bit was so happy that he had finally found something that he was good at and that made him feel like he fit in. And from that day forward, Bit never quit knitting and was loved by all the creatures in the forest.
