Once upon a time, there was a kitchen that wasn't like any other kitchen. All the items in it came to life when people weren't looking. One day, the shelf decided she wanted to go on an adventure, so she climbed down from the kitchen and went to explore the house. She soon found herself in the bedroom, where the bed, pillow, blanket, rug, cupboard, and bin were all fast asleep.
The shelf tiptoed over to the bin and whispered, "Wake up, Bin. Let's go on an adventure!" Bin rubbed his eyes and sat up, looking around groggily. "Where are we going?" he asked. "I don't know," replied the shelf. "Let's just follow our noses and see where they take us!"
So off they went, tiptoeing through the house, with the blanket and pillow trailing behind them. They explored every nook and cranny, and finally ended up back in the kitchen. "This was the best adventure ever!" exclaimed the shelf. "I can't wait to do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they all settled back down to sleep, dreaming of their next adventure.
