Once upon a time, there was a little billy goat named Bill. He lived on a hill, near a big old mill. Bill was a curious little goat and loved to explore. One day, while out on a walk, he came across a strange object. It was a drill!

Bill had never seen anything like it before, and he was fascinated by it. He decided to take it back to the hill to show his friends. They were all amazed by the drill and couldn't wait to see what it could do.

Bill had a skill for using tools, and he quickly figured out how to use the drill. He drilled a hole in the side of the hill, and to their surprise, a small stream of water came flowing out!

The other goats were so happy to have a fresh water source and thanked Bill for his skill and determination.

Feeling proud of his accomplishment, Bill took a pill to help him rest and then laid down on the hill, still in amazement of his discovery.

The other goats looked at him and said, "Bill, you will always be our hero."

And from that day on, the little billy goat named Bill, was known as the one who brought water to the hill, with his courage and his will.
