Once upon a time, there was a man named Mr. Smith who had a car. One day, he was getting ready for work when he realized he had forgotten his coat and umbrella at home. He quickly drove back to get them, but as he was rushing out the door he noticed his shirt was on inside out and his tie was tied in a knot!

Mr. Smith then got into his car and started driving to work, but it started raining and he realized he left his umbrella at home again. So, he stopped by a store to buy a new one, but the only thing they had was a lady's umbrella with flowers on it.

Feeling embarrassed, Mr. Smith went to work with the flowery umbrella, inside out shirt and knotted tie. When he got there, his boss asked him why he was wearing a blouse instead of a shirt. Mr. Smith looked down and saw that he had grabbed the wrong shirt on his way out the door!

Everyone at the office couldn't stop laughing, but Mr. Smith didn't mind because he knew that sometimes even the best-laid plans can go awry.
