Once upon a time, there was a silly man named Billy who loved to wear his bright red shorts everywhere he went! One day, he put on his favorite pair of sunglasses and grabbed his trusty map, eager to find a new adventure. As he set out, he couldn't help but smile at all the silly sights he saw along the way.

As he swam, he noticed that everyone around him was staring at him, but he just grinned and kept on swimming. When he finally emerged from the water, he realized why everyone had been staring – he'd been wearing his shorts on his head instead of his swimsuit!

From that day on, Billy never forgot to bring his shirt to the beach, but he always wore his shorts with a smile, and he was known as the silliest swimmer at the beach!
