Once upon a time, in a world full of colors, there lived 8 friends - Blue, Red, Pink, Purple, White, Orange, Green and Yellow. They all lived in a big house and played together every day. One day, Black came to visit and challenged them to a color competition. "Who can turn the house the most unique color?" he asked.

So, they all got to work. Blue painted the walls with waves, Red made fireplaces, Pink decorated with flowers, Purple made it look like a magical kingdom. White created snowflakes, Orange drew sunsets, Green made trees and Yellow added sunshine.

When they were done, they all stood back to admire their work. However, Black just laughed! "Ha! You all tried so hard, but my color is the best!" he said as he turned the entire house black.

The friends were upset, until they realized that their colors looked even more amazing against the black background. And they all lived happily ever after, learning that sometimes, it's good to have a little bit of black in your life.
