Meanwhile, a cat was sitting on a mat, watching the man chase the rat. The cat couldn't stop laughing as the man tried to catch the rat while avoiding the paint.

Finally, the man gave up and sat on the mat next to the cat. The cat looked at the man, covered in paint, and said, "You look like a colorful hat!"

From that day on, the man always wore his paint-splattered clothes and was known as the "Colorful Hat Man". Kids everywhere laughed and smiled whenever they saw him, and he became a legend in their eyes.
