Once upon a time, there was a pencil named Pengy. Pengy lived in a little boat and loved to go fishing. One day, he caught a fish that had a hat on its head! The fish told Pengy that he got the hat from a magical bell at the bottom of the sea. So, Pengy decided to go find the bell.

When he reached the bottom of the sea, he rang the bell and a stamp popped out! The stamp said, "I grant you one wish." Pengy wished to have an apple, but the stamp replied, "Sorry, I only stamp things, not grant wishes."

Feeling disappointed, Pengy went back to his boat and found an apple floating in the water. He took a bite and it was the juiciest apple he ever tasted. From then on, Pengy always went fishing with his hat, pencil and a big smile, knowing that sometimes, the best things come unexpectedly.
