The Adventure of the Strong Body

Once upon a time there was a body that was always feeling weak and tired. One day, it decided to go on an adventure to find the source of its problem. It traveled from its head to its toes, but couldn't find anything wrong. Until finally, it found a small voice coming from its belly. It was the navel!
The navel said "Hello! I'm your navel and I've been trying to tell you for a long time that your muscles are not strong enough. You need to exercise them to keep your body healthy."
The body was shocked, it realized that it had been neglecting its muscles all this time. So, it decided to start exercising every day to make its muscles stronger. And, soon enough, its body felt much better, stronger and full of energy.
The body was so happy, it decided to tell all its friends about the importance of keeping their muscles strong. And, they all started exercising together and became the strongest and healthiest bodies in the land.
