Saddle's Sandstone Adventure

Once upon a time there was a little horse named Saddle who loved to go on adventures. One day, Saddle went to the sandstone desert and began sanding the rough edges of the rocks with his hooves. He noticed sap dripping from a nearby tree and decided to investigate. It was a maple tree and its sap was flowing from the sapwood, which is the softer outer layer of the trunk. Saddle licked the sap and found it to be sweet and delicious.

As Saddle continued his journey, he came across a sash, which was a piece of cloth used to tie things together. He saw that it was hanging from a scaffold, which was a temporary structure used for support during construction. Saddle was curious and decided to climb up to see what was on top. As he reached the top, he noticed a scab on his leg and realized he had fallen on a sharp rock earlier. Saddle quickly licked the scab and made it all better.

From that day on, Saddle learned to be more careful on his adventures and always carry a sash in case he needed to tie something up or make a bandage. The end.
