The Outlaws' Berry Pie

Once upon a time, in a far-off land, there lived a group of outlaws. They had long been banned from entering any of the towns or cities in the kingdom, and were forced to live in the wilderness. But the outlaws were resourceful, and they knew how to survive in the wild.

One day, while out foraging for food, they came across a patch of wild berries. They quickly added them to their basket, and decided to make a pie with them when they returned to their camp.

When they got back, they set to work. First, they peeled the berries and mashed them up. Then, they poured the berry mixture into a pie crust and put it in the campfire to bake. While the pie was baking, they melted some butter and seasoned it with sugar and cinnamon.

Once the pie was done baking, they took it out of the fire and carefully poured the melted butter mixture over the top. But just as they were about to take a bite, they heard a noise. It was the authority of the kingdom, coming to check on the outlaws!

Quickly, the outlaws wrapped the pie in a cloth and hid it. They knew that the authority would not approve of them making such a delicious treat. But when the authority arrived, they found nothing out of the ordinary. The outlaws had managed to keep their delicious pie a secret!

From then on, the outlaws were extra careful when making their pies. But they knew that the memory of that delicious berry pie would always be with them, a reminder of the good times they had shared in the wilderness.

The end.
