Spot and the Striped Mouse

Once upon a time, there was a big round cat named Spot. Spot had long striped fur that went all the way down his back. Spot loved to play and have fun, but he also loved to nap. One day, Spot saw a small round ball rolling by. Spot chased after the ball, but it was too fast for him. He decided to take a nap instead.

While Spot was napping, a small striped mouse came along. The mouse had a problem. He needed to get across a big round pond, but he couldn't swim. Spot woke up and saw the mouse. He said, "I can help you get across the pond. Climb on my back and I'll take you."

The mouse climbed onto Spot's back and they set off across the pond. Spot swam with ease and soon they arrived on the other side. The mouse thanked Spot and said, "You are so big and strong. How does a cat like you swim so well?"

Spot chuckled and said, "I've always been a good swimmer. It's just one of the things I can do."

From that day on, Spot and the mouse became best friends. They had many adventures together, and they always had each other to rely on. The end.
