Once upon a time, there was a dog named Max who lived in a forest. One day, Max met a duck named Daphne. They became friends and would often play together. One day, a hawk, who was looking for his next meal, spotted Max and Daphne. Max barked loudly to warn his friends in the forest. A raccoon named Rocky, a squirrel named Sammy and an opossum named Oscar all ran to Max's aid. Together, they scared off the hawk.

Later that day, Max, Daphne, Rocky, Sammy and Oscar were sitting by a pond when they saw a group of pigeons and geese flying overhead. Suddenly, a group of mice appeared, scurrying across the ground. Max, Daphne and their friends chased after the mice, hoping to catch them as a snack. The mice were too quick, however, and managed to escape.

Max and his friends eventually settled down and continued to play and enjoy the rest of their day in the forest. From that day on, Max and Daphne were always on the lookout for new adventures with their friends, Rocky, Sammy, Oscar, the pigeons, geese and even the clever mice. The end.
