Once upon a time, there was a herd of cows on a farm. They had many adventures and one day, one of the cows named Fancy fell and broke her leg. She was now lame and unable to walk. The other cows tried to help, but nothing seemed to work.

One day, a wise old nag came by and asked how Fancy was doing. The cows told her about Fancy’s lameness and the nag thought for a moment before she said, “I know just what to do.”

She then walked to the edge of the farm and gathered a dozen stems of a special herb. She brought the herbs back to Fancy and rubbed them on her leg. Magically, Fancy’s leg was healed and she could walk again.

The cows were amazed and asked the nag how she did it. The nag replied, “That’s a secret I can’t reveal, but let this be a lesson to you all. When life gets tough and you feel lame, just rhyme a few words and call my name.”

And from that day on, whenever any of the cows felt down, they would think about the rhyme the nag taught them and everything would be alright. And so, the calf Fancy became known as the fancy calf who could walk just fine.
