The Joy of Sharing New Games

Once upon a time, there was a group of friends who loved to play together. They always had a great time and would laugh until their bellies hurt. One day, they found a brand new playground in their neighborhood. They were so excited to try it out! They ran over to the playground and started playing on the swings, slides and see-saws.

After a while, one of the friends said, "You know what would be even more fun? If we each share a new game with each other!" So, that's what they did. They took turns teaching each other some new games they had learned from different places. They played and laughed together for hours.

As the sun started to set, they said their goodbyes and promised to play again soon. As they walked away, one of them called out, "Let's not wait until next time to play again. Let's play now!" And with that, they all ran back to the playground to continue having fun together. The end.

Reflections

  1. What did the friends do in the story?
  2. What did they learn from playing together?
  3. How did sharing help make their playtime more fun?
  4. Why was it important for them to play now instead of waiting until next time?
