Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily who lived in the jungle. One day, she went for a walk with her friend, a boy named Jack. They saw a vine hanging from a tree and decided to climb it. Jack went first, but when Lily tried to follow him, she found that the vine was too slippery to hold on to. Suddenly, it snapped, and she fell to the ground. Jack quickly climbed back down to help her up.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Yes," she said, "but my foot hurts."
"Let me take a look," said Jack. He gently pulled her foot, and they both heard a terrible cracking noise. Lily started to cry.
"Don't worry," said Jack. "I'll carry you back to our village. We'll get you some help."
And so, he lifted her up in his arms and began to walk back to the village. As they walked, Lily noticed that Jack was getting tired. She put her arm around his neck and said, "You can put me down. I can walk now."
"Are you sure?" he asked.
"Yes," she said. "My foot doesn't hurt anymore."
So, Jack put her down, and they continued on their way. When they got back to the village, the healer looked at Lily's foot and said, "It's just a sprain. You'll be fine in a few days."
And sure enough, a few days later, Lily was running and playing with all her friends again. She never forgot how brave and strong Jack was, and she always remembered to be careful when climbing vines in the jungle. The end.
