John the Farmer and the Thanksgiving Feast

Once upon a time, there was a farmer named John who lived with his family on a farm. They grew crops and raised animals, and they were very proud of their hard work. One day, John decided to bring some of his produce to the grocer in town to sell. When he arrived, he found out that the grocer was having a big Thanksgiving feast, and he needed a lot more food to supply all of his guests. John offered to help, and the grocer was grateful.

John went back to his farm and got his family to help load all of the food onto their wagon. They brought it back to the grocer, whose name was Mr. Smith, and set it up for the feast. Everyone ate and ate and ate, and they all agreed that it was the best meal they had ever had.

At the end of the night, Mr. Smith thanked John and his family for their help and asked them to build a barn for him. John and his family worked hard, and they built the most beautiful barn that Mr. Smith had ever seen. From then on, John and his family were known as the best builders in town. And they all lived happily ever after.
