A Patriotic Celebration

Once upon a time, in a small town, the mayor was organizing a big celebration for Independence Day. Everyone was excited for the parade, barbecue, and fireworks. The mayor wanted to make sure that everyone felt patriotic, so he made sure to decorate the town with red, white, and blue flags.

On the day of the celebration, the parade started with marching bands playing patriotic music and people dressed up in red, white, and blue. The parade ended at the town square where they had a big barbecue and all kinds of food and drinks.

As the sun went down, the mayor lit the first firework and the sky lit up with beautiful colors. The children cheered with delight as they watched the amazing display of fireworks.

After the fireworks, everyone gathered around to sing patriotic songs and to celebrate the day that America became independent. They thanked the mayor for such a wonderful celebration and went home feeling proud to be Americans.

The end.
