Once upon a time, there was a baby who loved to read. One day, her parents gave her a special book with colorful pictures and big letters. The baby was so happy and she hugged the book tightly.

As she was looking through the pages, she saw a picture of a cookie and her tummy started to growl. She looked up at her parents and pointed to the picture of the cookie. They smiled and gave her a big, warm, chocolate chip cookie.

The baby took a big bite of the cookie and as she was eating, she saw an ant crawling on the floor. She was curious and wanted to get a closer look. She carefully crawled over to the ant and watched as it climbed up an apple that was on the table.

The baby wanted to see the ant climb the apple even closer, so she picked up a small plastic knife and gently cut a small piece of the apple. The ant climbed up the cut piece and the baby was able to see it up close. She was so excited and clapped her hands.

After that, the baby's mom gave her a banana to eat. The baby was so full of cookies, apple and banana that she decided to save her banana for later. She crawled back to her book and looked at the pictures again while enjoying the company of her new little ant friend.
