Read together

Nurse: What brings you to the health desk today?

Student: I have a headache, and my stomachache started after lunch.

Nurse: Any fever? Let me check. You also look a little dizzy.

Student: I sneezed a lot this morning. My throat feels itchy when I cough.

Nurse: Any toothache or vomit?

Student: No vomit. The toothache is old — not today.

Nurse: Rest here with water. A cold can make a cough and sneeze worse.

Student: Can I go back to class if the headache fades?

Nurse: If you feel steady and the fever stays down. Health first, then class.

Student: I will tell my teacher. Thank you for checking.

Nurse: Come back if you feel dizzy again. Slow breaths — you will be fine.
