The Adventures of an Astronaut Ant and Friends

In outer space where stars shine bright,
An astronaut in his suit of white,
Floats and spins without a care,
Exploring planets way out there.

But back on Earth, we see a tiny ant,
Who's working hard, just like an astronaut.
He carries food, piece by piece,
Building up his ant colony with ease.

When it's time for a snack, an apple's the way,
A juicy treat to munch and play.
But when it's time to rest and dream,
An armchair is the perfect scene.

In the forest, a deer stands tall,
With antlers big, he's quite the draw.
An ambulance rushes to the scene,
To help those in need, to be clean.

At night, when everyone's asleep,
An abacus lies still and neat.
But when the morning light awakes,
It's ready for counting, no mistakes.

A ship at sea needs an anchor strong,
To keep it safe and move along.
And an arrow, with its pointed head,
Is aimed and fired, it flies ahead.

So kids, remember these words with glee,
Astronaut, ant, apple, armchair, antlers, ambulance, asleep, abacus, anchor, arrow, and awake with me!
