Discovering the Many Jobs in Our Magical Land

Once upon a time in a magical land,
There were so many jobs that were really grand.
There were doctors who made us feel well,
And nurses who cared for us when we fell.

The cook made us yummy food to eat,
While the postman delivered mail so neat.
The dancer moved with grace and flair,
And the singer's voice filled the air.

The driver took us from place to place,
While the pilot soared through the sky with grace.
The scientist helped us understand,
And the police kept us safe throughout the land.

And last but not least, there was the fireman bold,
Who fought fires with courage and never grew old.

So remember, my friends, when you grow up one day,
There are so many jobs that you can play.
You can be anything you want to be,
And make the world a better place for you and me!

  3. Why do you think each job is important?
  4. What job would you like to have when you grow up, and why?
  5. Can you think of any other jobs that are important but not mentioned in the poem?
