The Secret Garden

In a garden full of life,
There are creatures big and small,
Let's take a look and see,
Who's crawling on the wall.

There's a spider in the corner,
Spinning webs so fine,
She's catching pesky flies,
Before they steal your wine.

Over by the flowers,
A bee is buzzing by,
Collecting nectar sweet,
To make her honey high.

A snail is slowly sliding,
Across the garden path,
Leaving trails of slime,
As she moves along her path.

An earthworm underground,
Is working hard all day,
Digging through the soil,
To make the plants okay.

A mantis, green and tall,
Is standing very still,
Waiting for his dinner,
With his eyes so sharp and still.

A ladybird is climbing,
Up and down a stem,
Munching on some aphids,
And keeping plants from harm.

A mosquito flying by,
Is looking for a feast,
But we'll put up our net,
So he cannot join the feast.

And last but not least,
A butterfly flits by,
With wings so bright and colorful,
It's like a rainbow in the sky.

So in this garden full of life,
With creatures great and small,
Let's remember to appreciate,
The wonder of it all.
