In my bag, I have a suit,
For special occasions, it's quite cute.
But when I play outside in the sun,
I wear my shorts for lots of fun.

Underneath my shorts, you see,
I have my underpants, for me to be,
Comfortable and happy all day long,
Playing and singing a happy song.

At night, I put on my pajamas,
Soft and cozy, just like llamas.
My T-shirt is comfy, and I wear it too,
With slippers on my feet, so I don't catch the flu.

Sometimes, I put a hairpin in my hair,
To keep it out of my face, it's only fair.
And on cold days, I wear my sweatshirt,
It keeps me warm, like a soft, cuddly shirt.

So, there you have it, my clothes galore,
All ready for me to explore.
I love my clothes, they're all so great,
And I wear them with joy, and never with hate.

Talk about it

Reflection

  1. What kind of clothes do you wear when you play outside?
  2. How do you feel when you wear cozy pajamas?
  3. Have you ever worn a suit or a sweatshirt? When did you wear it?
  4. Do you like to wear slippers? Why or why not?
  5. How do you think the speaker feels about their clothes? Do you feel the same way about your clothes?
