It's time for an adventure, my little friend,
Let's go out and explore, till the very end,
We have an appointment, so we must be quick,
But first, let's make a list, to get all we need to pick.

We'll start with something urgent, we'll get it out of the way,
Then we can go shopping, and have some fun today,
We'll find some toys and games, and maybe a new book,
But let's not forget the veggies, we need to take a look.

We hope to find some carrots, and maybe some broccoli too,
Some leafy greens and peppers, they're all so good for you,
We'll grab them from the market, and rush back home to cook,
Our healthy meal is waiting, it's time to take a look.

So let's get to our appointment, and we'll be on our way,
With all our bags of goodies, we'll be ready for the day,
Our list is all checked off, we've got all that we need,
And now we can enjoy our meal, with our veggies, indeed.
