Lost in the Enchanted Forest

Let's get up and move around,
Jump and dance, make some sound.
We'll exercise our muscles and bones,
And feel energized like never known.

Sometimes we see a poor friend,
Who needs our help to make amends.
We'll share our toys and our time,
And make sure their day is just fine.

Our neighbors are like family,
We say hi and smile so happily.
We help them out whenever we can,
Being kind to every person is our plan.

People come in all shapes and sizes,
With different colors and surprises.
We accept everyone as they are,
And make them feel special, near or far.

We'll be still and take a moment to see,
The beauty around us, the sky and tree.
We won't miss a chance to laugh and play,
And enjoy every moment of each day.
