The Magic Garden

At breakfast time we start our day,
With cereal, milk, and seeds to play.
A spoon to scoop and stir it up,
And soon we'll have an empty cup.

For lunch we eat some fruits and greens,
And maybe a sandwich in between.
A fork to poke and pick apart,
And we'll have energy to jump and dart.

At dinner time we sit and chat,
A knife to cut and chop this and that.
A plate to hold our yummy meal,
And oil to make our food so real.

For dessert, we may add some sugar,
A treat to savor and remember.
And when we're done with our feast,
We'll feel full and happy, at least.

So let's eat our meals with joy and fun,
With family and friends, all as one.
And when it's time for bed to rest,
We'll dream of food and be so blessed.
