Kindness Knows No Bounds

Once upon a time, in a land far away,
Lived a group of creatures, happy and gay,
Some were thin, some were thick,
Some were rich, some were sick.

One was deaf, one was blind,
But they all had a nice and kind mind,
They didn't care if someone was mean,
For they knew being nice was the only routine.

Some had flat noses, others were ugly,
But they all lived together quite snugly,
Some lived in expensive homes,
While others made do with cheap tomes.

They all knew what it meant to be poor,
And that being mean was no cure,
They didn't judge by looks or wealth,
But by the love they had for themselves.

So the moral of this story, my friend,
Is that we all need to make amends,
For it doesn't matter how we look or what we own,
What matters is that we're never alone.
