The Mood Creatures

Once upon a time, in a land far away,
There lived six little creatures who loved to play,
Each one had a mood, a feeling inside,
And they would express it with all their might.

The first was Angry, who stomped his feet,
And shouted and screamed in a fit of heat,
But with some deep breaths and counting to ten,
He soon became calm and peaceful again.

Cheerful was next, with a smile so wide,
She laughed and played and skipped with pride,
Her positivity was infectious, you see,
And she spread it to all who came near thee.

Then there was Calm, who stood so still,
Like a statue, quiet and chill,
In moments of chaos and noisy strife,
She was the one who brought stillness to life.

Cold was a creature with shivers and shakes,
He wore a sweater and scarfs and woolen flakes,
But with a warm hug and a cozy embrace,
He felt warm and fuzzy in every place.

Afraid was a creature who often quaked,
And trembled and shook when he felt scared and afraid,
But with a kind word and a hand to hold,
He gained the courage to be bold and bold.

Lastly, there was Crabby, with a frown so sour,
He grumbled and grunted with all his power,
But with some love and a gentle nudge,
He smiled and laughed and gave a little nudge.

So whenever you're feeling a mood or a feeling,
Remember these creatures, and start revealing,
Your emotions are natural, they come and they go,
Just take a deep breath and let them flow.
