The Little Seed's Big Adventure

In the world of grown-ups, there are things to know,
Like mortgages, options, and recourse to show,
But for young ones like you, let's keep it fun,
With a poem that's easy, for everyone.

Let's start with the originator, the one in charge,
Who helps you buy a house and get out of the barge,
They lend you money to buy a place,
With options galore, you'll love the race.

But be careful, young ones, there's a margin to mind,
The amount you must pay, to keep your home aligned,
Rehab is an option, to fix up the place,
With a little work, you'll put a smile on your face.

And if things get tough, there's recourse to take,
To help you keep your home, and never forsake,
The chance to build memories, and make them last,
With a home of your own, your future's cast.

So remember, young ones, there's much to explore,
With mortgages, options, and so much more,
But with a little help and a lot of heart,
You can own a home, and play your part.
