Come children, gather around,
Let's talk of sports that can astound!
There's skiing, sledding, and snowboarding,
For these, winter's the perfect thing!

A sledder's ride is oh so fun,
Down hills they slide, laughing all day long!
They may not slalom like skiers do,
But they'll sure have a good time, won't you?

Skiing is a thrill we must try,
As we glide down the slopes so high!
Skiers race, twist and turn,
Their moves, we're sure to admire and learn!

If we like something with a bit more dash,
Then skating on ice is a must-try splash!
We'll glide and spin, our balance to keep,
Our inner skater, let's awake from sleep!

Soccer is the game for those who seek,
A sport where strength, teamwork and skill meet!
A ball to kick, goals to score,
The stadium's roar, we'll want more and more!

And when we need to take it slow,
A game of squash will help us grow!
We'll hit the ball against the wall,
A healthy challenge for one and all!

There are so many sports to choose,
Each with its challenges, thrills and views!
So let's get out, and give them a try,
Who knows, we may find a passion to never die!
