There are words that sparkle bright,
Let's explore them with all our might,
And see what we can ignite!
There's "gauge", a tool for measuring things,
Like how much water a bucket brings,
It helps us know how much we've got,
And whether we need to add or not.
Next up is "gloss", a shiny sheen,
Like a polished apple, oh so clean,
It makes things look new and bright,
And brings a sparkle to our sight.
"Grade" is a level, high or low,
Like when we climb a hill or go,
It tells us where we stand and how,
And helps us see the way to go.
"Glazing" is a coating, clear and bright,
Like a window or a lens in sight,
It helps us see the world so clear,
And brings things close, oh so near.
"Granite" is a rock, strong and tough,
It's hard to break and very rough,
It forms the mountains, high and grand,
And gives our world a solid stand.
"Girder" is a beam, long and strong,
It holds up buildings all day long,
It keeps them standing tall and proud,
And makes them safe, without a doubt.
Finally, there's "grain", small and neat,
Like sand or rice, it's quite a treat,
It forms the bread and pasta we eat,
And gives us energy, oh so sweet.
So kids, these words are quite a treasure,
Let's learn and use them, all together,
They'll help us see the world so wide,
And fill our hearts with joy and pride!
