An Invitation for a Memorable Walk

Come take a walk with me, my dear,
And see the sights that are quite near.
We'll stroll along the boulevard,
And gaze up at the stars.

We'll cross the bridge that spans the stream,
And hear the water gently gleam.
We'll walk the causeway, built so strong,
And sing a little happy song.

Down the avenue we'll go,
And watch the trees begin to grow.
We'll hop and skip along the way,
And make a little game to play.

But wait, there's something up ahead,
A barrier we must avoid instead.
But don't you fret, my little friend,
We'll find a way around the bend.

Through the alley we will sneak,
And find the path that others seek.
And soon we'll be back on our way,
To make more memories for another day.
