The Mighty Machine Learns to Build

There once was a mighty machine,
With the power to destroy and demean,
It could crush and demolish with ease,
And make anything it touched, a mere breeze.

It would break things down, piece by piece,
And bring the strongest structures to their knees,
With a loud crash, it would make its mark,
Leaving nothing but rubble and stark.

But one day, as it tried to crack,
A wall that stood tall and black,
It suddenly felt a little sad,
And wondered if destruction was all it had.

So it decided to change its ways,
And use its strength for better days,
Instead of breaking things apart,
It would help build and make a start.

And now it's known as a mighty friend,
Whose power and strength never end,
But instead of causing chaos and strife,
It helps create a better life.
